Lafayette College
Easton, Pennsylvania is home to Lafayette College, a top liberal arts and engineering college, dedicated to undergraduates who want hands-on experience to address real-world issues across interdisciplinary teams. Easton, a city of 30,000, is a 1.5 hour drive to both New York City and Philadelphia.
With 2,500 students from across the nation and globe, 10% of the students at Lafayette College are international students with an additional 6% of the students holding dual citizenship. The cost of attending Lafayette is about $75,000 per year. Lafayette meets 100% of demonstrated financial need for all of its students. International students are required to submit the CSS Profile. Our international students are also eligible for all of our merit scholarships the highest of which is a full tuition scholarship. This year 18 international students were offered merit scholarships ranging from $15,000 per year to full tuition.
Lafayette is a residential campus with 96% of the students living on campus all four year. Lafayette plays sports at the Division I level and has 23 Division I sports teams. There are over 200 clubs and organizations on campus.
With four divisions: engineering, the natural sciences, the social sciences and the humanities, Lafayette has over 51 majors from which to choose. Lafayette does not admit by major or division.
